What is Voxtrack

VoxTrack Enterprise is a client-server solution that allows users to record and archive all outgoing and incoming conversations. VoxTrack Enterprise is a Symbian application compatible with S60 (3rd and 5th Edition) mobile devices. Archived mobile conversations can be accessed via the internet browser of the user’s choice and is secured with a username and password. The user is also provided with flexible search options for recordings sorted either by the user ID or his group, the model of the mobile device or SIM card, the date and hour of the recorded phone conversation or the number of the incoming or outgoing call.

How it works

  • The incoming and outgoing mobile phone conversations are recorded and sent automatically via a GPRS/3G/WLAN connection to the archive on the server.
  • The recordings repository can be hosted by Psiloc or installed on the customer server-side.
  • The recordings are in .AMR format, which guarantees high quality of the records and decreases the costs of the data transfer to the server.
  • The mobile application offers an automatic voice-recording option.
  • The recording signal (i.e.-the tell-tale beep) and the warning message can be turned off. (However, please check the legal regulations that govern your country and business before implementing this option), so the application can be set to work smoothly in the background of ongoing conversations.
  • Access to the application is secured with a login and password.
